Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method up front, but nothing is charged during the trial — and if you cancel before it ends, you are never charged at all. If you keep your subscription, your first billing period starts automatically when the trial ends.

You can cancel any time from your billing settings — no emails, no phone calls, no cancellation fee. Your subscription simply stops renewing: you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards (the exact options for your region are shown at checkout), calculates and remits any sales tax, VAT, or GST, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your card details go to Paddle directly and never touch our servers.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately — you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period and the higher limits unlock right away. Downgrades also apply immediately, and the unused portion of what you already paid is credited toward future invoices. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing the same way.
